NYC ruling limits airlines' liability for 9/11

A judge says developer Larry Silverstein cannot recover more from the
aviation industry than the $2.8 billion value of the World Trade Center if
his lawsuits succeed.

Federal Judge Alvin Hellerstein made the determination in a ruling filed
Thursday. The decision carried Wednesday's date.

Hellerstein rejected Silverstein's claims that his company would be
entitled to as much as $16.2 billion from American Airlines, United
Airlines and other aviation defendants.

A lawsuit on behalf of Silverstein's companies claimed that negligence by
the airlines allowed the terrorists to hijack planes that struck the twin
towers on Sept. 11, 2001.

Silverstein is really pushing his luck. Most americans think he was
involved in the attacks!!

Ask yourself who's pockets did these billions come out of and wouldn't
they like to know if it was stolen?

If what you claim is true, it was the stockholders of the airlines and
the insurance company that are poorer by $2.8bn, personally and
individually. This real money to real people.

Tell them! Picket and hand out flyers at the annual stockholders
meetings. All of these companies have them.

Listen to what they say in return.

Anti-war groups and people like PETA picket stockholders meetings all
the time.

Damn right, but he has that thing they call CHUTSPAH!
He needs to be interrogated, just as roughly as are other so-called
terrorists, about his probable role in the 9/11 conspiracy.

Why are the people, individuals with names, that Silverstein got the
pay-out from not upset that they've been robbed of billions?

Who these people are is on the public record. If the "half Truth
Movement" is right, maybe they would like to know. They have lawyers
and can open criminal cases.

Poeple that know how insurance works can find them..

It appears that nobody in the Truth Movement knows how the insurance
business works.

There are lots of things they don't know.

Picketing a meeting doesn't accomplish a thing.

With the kind of money he has, he can buy off anyone whether it's a
congressmen or a prosecutor. There is just no legal way to bring a super-
rich criminal psychopath like him to justice.
